Please note that domain registration or purchase fees are non-refundable. Once you have registered or purchased a domain through HostingSnap, these charges cannot be refunded.
After the initial 7-day period following your purchase, refund requests for hosting services will not be accepted. Your hosting plan will continue as per the billing cycle you selected during the purchase.
While refunds are not available after the 7-day period, you have the flexibility to cancel your hosting plan at any time. Once canceled, your hosting services will conclude at the end of the current billing period.
